Refund eligibility is product-specific and stated at the point of sale. Digital product refunds are only issued for technical issues.

You must participate in a video conference with our representative. We have 45 days post-meeting to resolve the dispute before arbitration may be initiated.

All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Oakton, VA via NAM. You waive any right to class actions or jury trials.

If any term is found invalid, it shall be severed, and the remaining terms will remain in full force.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

By using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
